The Heart That Was Once Broken And Then Was Healed
JP and Tracy recently tied the knot and bravely vowed before their families and friends that they are gonna stick with each other—forever. The two opted for an old rose color motif to commemorate Tracy’s grandmother, Rosie. But what’s really touching was the reason why they held their wedding at National Shrine of Sacred Heart. It was Tracy who put it best, stating:
“The National Shrine of the Sacred Heart is actually where JP’s parents got married. To uphold them and foster a sense of continuity as well as to venerate and honor the Sacred Heart of Jesus, we decided to tie the knot there too. It seems it was fate because there was a time, some years ago, when my mom brought me there to pray. She told me to pray to the Sacred Heart of Jesus because He will heal my broken heart and give me someone who’ll take care of it forever. Fast forward to January 18, 2018 where I gave my heart to JP in front of friends and family in that beautiful Church.”
If that doesn’t move you, then we don’t know what will. We thank JP and Tracy for sharing their story to us and toForeveryday Photography for letting us post this. Greatly appreciated. We also want to commend other vendors who made this wedding a success, especially to HG Studio for the hair and makeup, Gemma Nasino for the flowers, and Gary Dacanay for lending his mad talent in styling the venues. You guys are great!
