Picture Perfect

October 8, 2014

A simple and romantic wedding with a light aura: effortlessly perfect. Toto Villaruel‘s eyes for beauty is exemplary. His photos are simply breathtaking. Classy, like they came off the pages of a glossy high fashion magazine. Striking, like that first glimpse of the sun’s rays over the horizon. Yet the shots are also very real and very human. It is the gift of a great photographer to be able to capture the emotions of a moment and preserve it for posterity.

We love how the bridesmaids were dressed up in perfectly pastel colors that added prettiness and gorgeousness to the wedding and a very heartwarming moment of the bride and her father (who never get emotional during a wedding, anyway?)

Now, we’ll just let you go and drool over these.

Match Made in Heaven

September 21, 2014

I don’t know what it is about childhood sweethearts that tug at the heartstrings, but here’s a kilig love story to rival that of Darla and Alfalfa. This stunning couple met in Sunday school ten years ago, and they’ve finally gotten married!

Vidlens captures perfectly that exquisite blend of tension, anticipation, and excitement that is ever present during a wedding. Plus, the secret smiles between the bride and groom who are so in love, it makes me giddy. And I cannot get over 4:10, when the bride makes her entrance and the groom is overcome with so much emotion. Ah my heart! Where’s a tissue when you need one?
