Fill in the Blanks

Aside from culinary feast and revelry, the wedding reception is a great venue for the couple to be wholly engaged to the guests and vice versa. Hence the wedding programs that make the event interactive and fun. There are some activities that you may still see in the wedding scenes in the Philippines, such as the bouquet toss and the wedding garter removal game. These are the activities that are already considered traditions and we think would be present for good.

One of the popular activities during the reception is, of course, the dedication writing. This is where you write your wishes to the couple and where you dread the most because you couldn’t think of any more wish to write others have not written yet. But you might probably not have worried the same if you have attended Vermont and Sarah’s union. They had this fill-in-the-blanks-dedication paper. Good thing it got Benjie Tiongco‘s attention, as well. It is uniquely cute he snapped a photo of it. Anyway, Tiongco has beautifully captured more moments from this wedding that will inspire you to think of new ideas and gimmicks.

Congratulations, Vermont and Sarah! May your ______ married life be filled with ______ and ______!

Of Leaves, Of Trees

It is a breath of fresh air to go to and be with the environment from time to time. Literally. It refreshes you. It calms you. It is as if it lifts the weights in one’s shoulders that one carries in the concrete jungle, thar is the city and one’s work. The towering trees seem like detoxifying one’s body and serve as oases from the hustle-bustle life in the metro. Being with the environment can make you feel you have your own little secret world. The environment can also be a good venue for you and for your significant one to have good conversations with and tease each other a little bit. It can be your own lover’s lane.

Today’s feature proves that since an open park–the environment–can be a lover’s lane, it can also be a great background for engagement session. A Magical Event by Marj Dizon just coordinated an e-sesh of a lovely couple, Dave and Jammy. The coordination produced us with great pictures of pure magical moments under the towering trees. The couple, meanwhile, enjoyably posed in front of the eye of Blissful House Digital and of their lens by which we saw these moments. This team has captured the intricacies and every small part of the set that make this session great. It was, indeed, a blissful session.
